Torque = Force X Arm.  Sounds simple, right?   Yet it is one of the most critical calibration tasks in most industries.  Torque wrenches are often poorly treated, incorrectly specified and used for more than what they were designed to do.  Regular calibration will minimise the risks associated with under or over torquing fasteners.
